La fumata
Dolcissimo, molto pepato, morbido e avvolgente. La dolcezza zuccherina ricorda la frutta candita ma sotto vi è ben altro, profonde e complesse note speziate, legno e qualcosa che a me ricorda l’uva americana.
Espressivo, intrigante e strutturato, con una bella ed equilibrata acidità agli agrumi di fondo che amplifica le stimolazioni sensoriali. Si aggiunge poi un’intensa sfumatura affumicata, note più terrose, torba, caramello e cioccolato mentre le note speziate raggiungono il loro sweet spot.
A questo punto il mix tra dolcezza, spezie e agrumi crea una texture sensoriale di alto livello per un godimento sopraffino che si prolungherà per tutto il resto della fumata.
Un blend emozionante, morbido e bilanciato, espressivo e intrigante in un formato che ne esalta le qualità.
Sweet, very peppery, smooth and enveloping. The sugary sweetness is reminiscent of candied fruit but underneath there is much more, deep and complex spicy notes, wood and something that reminds me of American grapes.
Expressive, intriguing and structured, with a beautiful and balanced citrus acidity that amplifies the sensory stimulations. Then there is an intense smoked nuance, more earthy notes, peat, caramel and chocolate while the spicy notes reach their sweet spot. At this point the mix of sweetness, spices and citrus creates a high level sensorial texture for a superfine enjoyment that will continue throughout the rest of the smoke.
