La fumata
Leggero e “old style” nel profilo aromatico ma morbido e bilanciato, intrigante nel gioco speziato e dolce che costruisce, assecondato da eleganti note di legno. A contorno una conturbante sfumatura tostata e caramellata, una sorta di gentile carezza femminile che aggiunge charme alla fumata. In una crescente intensità di corpo aggiunge poi un discreto pepe, pane e una giusta acidità di fondo a completare il tutto. Fumata non complessa ma che ha nella godibilità la sua principale caratteristica. Un gran bel Perla tutto da assaporare.
Light and “old style” in the flavors but smooth and balanced, intriguing in the spicy and sweet game it builds, supported by elegant wood notes. As a side dish an enchant toasted and caramelized nuance, a kind of gentle female caress that adds charm to the smoke. In a growing body intensity, it then adds a fair amount of pepper, bread and the right basic acidity to complete the whole. Not an overly complex smoke but the enjoyability is its main quality. A very nice Perla to smoke.
