La fumata
La partenza è decisamente intensa e maschia con, in evidenza, un pepe deciso e rotondo al naso assieme a note di legno, terra e caffè amaro. L’ingresso di spezie dolci e sentori di frutta secca introducono una conturbante dolcezza influenzata molto dalle spezie e caratterizzata da note mielate rendendo la fumata complessa, tonica, ma anche più bilanciata e armonica.
Migliora ancora con note di caramello e cioccolato fondente, una vera goduria che definirei voluttuosa e contrassegnata da un fumo denso e profumato. Nella fase finale si assiste all’ingresso di un effetto torbato che si amalgama con le spezie, ora più marcate, ma sempre in armonia con la dolcezza che assume connotazioni leggermente più amaricanti.
Right from the gate it’s intense and masculine with, in evidence, a bold but smooth pepper at the nose together with notes of wood, earth and bitter coffee. When sweet spices and hints of dried fruit arise this cigar introduce a charming sweetness very much influenced by the spices and characterized by honeyed notes making this smoking complex, bold but also more balanced and harmonious.
It still improves with notes of caramel and dark chocolate, a real pleasure that I would call voluptuous and marked by a thick and fragrant smoke. In the final part a peated hint blends with the spices, now more pronounced, but always in harmony with the sweetness that takes on slightly more bittering connotations.
